I would strongly suggest you to look at your testsetup. For example Setve from hw undboxed got his vega 56 infront of a 1070ti, yes thats a bit high but way more in line than what you got. Your testresults are quiet unusual, just take a look around. For texture filtering, we stuck the game to 16x, as we found that this setting typically has a negligible impact on game performance. Hitman 2 doesn't feature graphical presets, but for the purposes of testing we decided to make some, with the game's graphical settings splitting neatly into Low, Medium/Normal, High and Ultra options.
